What to email us about
- A facility that closed or moved. Send the name and address we show, and what changed.
- A wrong listing. Tell us which detail is wrong, such as the phone number, hours, website or map location, and what it should be.
- A missing facility. Send its name, full address and website. We cover 34 states so far, so facilities in other states will not show up yet.
- A correction to a guide. Link the page, quote the line, and include a source if you have one.
- Business or partnership questions. Tell us who you are and what you have in mind.
What we cannot help with
We do not run any storage facility. For a rental, a bill, a gate code or anything inside your unit, contact the facility directly. Its phone number and website are on its listing in the finder.
